TROUBLESHOOTING TIP
The printer setting refers to the IP address only. If your smartphone or tablet isn’t connected or cannot connect to the network, the link will not function. When using the TagPrint Xpress apps, you’re defining where the printer is located by IP address, not setting up a separate network. If you are trying to access your company network, consult with your internal IT department for permission.
