Heavy cables don’t do well with vibration

Our clamp’s soft TPE insert dampens vibration and helps prevent rotation and lateral movement.

Vehicles, by their very nature, shake, rattle and roll. Motion causes vibration, noise and friction, which can sometimes lead to destructive fretting of cable insulation. Undetected, this type of damage slowly grows worse, threatening the integrity of the cable and the safety of the vehicle.

A first in engineering, constructed to last

The rugged, 15 percent glass-filled PA66 body and M8 mounting hole create a high-strength foundation for securing heavy cable routings, even in the most demanding environments.

Our Heavy Duty High-Voltage Clamp separates bundles to dissipate dangerous heat. The dual-bundle model is used to separate and secure DC routings, with the triple-bundle version used for AC routings. The clamp accommodates cables 17 to 19 mm in diameter.

Their design allows for stacking to route multiple bundles. They are available with and without anti-rotation pins to get just the performance your application demands.
